It’s currently one of the nation’s largest urban parks sitting at over 1400 acres of beautiful rolling terrain and six miles of frontage on the Grand River. Millennium Park has endless activities year-round. The summer time is arguably the best time to visit, considering there are plenty of opportunities to stay cool during these warmer months. They offer boat rentals, a six-acre beach, a splash pad, and nearly 18 miles of trails to stay busy. The park is one of the most popular areas to visit in the Walker area aside from Blandford’s Nature Center.
