Oxbow by Mosaic Properties
This is a new community that is going to be an incredible development. Sitting on roughly a 17-acre site, bordering the end of the Thornapple River and Watermill Lake in the back, there are about 88 units here with roughly 35 single-family opportunities, including some waterfront opportunities. It is a very desirable place to be. On top of the single-family options, there are roughly 17 loft-style condos and the rest are going to be all townhouses. Now, this is a Mosaic Properties development and they’ve done an incredible job with some other communities throughout West Michigan. When you think of Mosaic, you definitely think of unique community and building styles, and this development is no different.
This is a development where we can see people will look back and say, “I wish I would have invested here,” just because of the walkability of this community.
Bridle Trail by BDR Homes
Next on our journey through Ada and real estate opportunities, we’re going to focus on a single-family new development by BDR Homes called Bridle Trail. For those of you that have been in the area, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Located right across the street from Ada Park, this used to be an old equestrian horse farm but now this 22-home site sits on roughly 19 acres and will consist of luxury-style homes, with price ranges from $1.4 million and up. These are sure to be beautiful custom homes by BDR Homes in an incredible setting right across the street from Ada Park with large lot sizes, making it a great place to invest that still puts you within walking distance of the village of Ada.
Fase Street Crossings by Graystone Homes
The next stop we want to make and chat about is Fase Street Crossings. This is a Graystone Homes development with 16 different home sites and about half of it is already sold out. It’s a very walkable community, and only a short walk or bike ride down to the village of Ada. Home values are starting in the $800,000 range with many opportunities to customize the interior. If you want new construction in a walkable community, Fase Street Crossings is another great option for you.
Riverpoint of Ada, MI
For the last stop on our journey, we’re going to fly through one of our favorite developments in Ada with Riverpoint of Ada. Our team has sold some townhouses and had some opportunity to assist with some new construction here and while the community is all built out now, we’re now looking at resale opportunities in this community.
Located right off of Ada Drive by the Covered Bridge, a lot of the single-family homes and townhouses in this community overlook the water. It’s a true mixed development of beautiful townhouses, waterfront homes, and non-waterfront single-family homes. This is an awesome development for resale opportunities that you’re going to want to keep an eye on.
