Take the highly interactive tour of New Holland's newest facility in Grand Rapids– the Knickerbocker Restaurant.

This unique and inviting 40,00 sqaure foot restaurant also contains a 10 barrel brewing system and two stills capabable for production of Craft spirits.

On this tour guests will learn about the brewing and distilling process, as well as share in the New Holland story and history!

Guests will see and taste the ingredients that go into our beers, and taste a variety of beers which may include (but not limited to) our Dragon's Milk, Tangering Space Machine, Mad Hatter, Ichabod, and more…
