Held annually on the first weekend in June, Festival of the Arts hosts a free, three-day community event that celebrates every discipline of the arts; dance, music, literature & media, visual arts, and design. We welcome everyone to attend and experience the rich artistic talent our region offers. Being a regional arts event, Festival of the Arts, represents eight counties including Kent, Ottawa, Ionia, Allegan, Muskegon, Mountcalm, Barry, and Newago. Come experience this epic event, filled with energy and entertainment from 4 of Grand Rapids top chefs! Enjoy food and drinks while watching top chefs compete on stage at 20 Monroe Live for the title of GR Chopped Champion. We serve 240 students in one of the poorest neighborhoods in the Western Hemisphere. This event is our biggest fundraiser, which includes dinner, drinks, live entertainment and a silent and live auction. This will be a fun filled evening and all are welcome! Tickets are limited to 350.

The perennial Friday Evening Automotive spectacular returns to the Downtown Market on June 14th to take over the streets of Downtown Grand Rapids, AGAIN!  Closing Ionia St. in front of the market and filling it with over 140 amazing vehicles along with feature vehicle parking under the market shed, and a parking lot full of European, American Muscle, Classic, Antique, Exotics, and Tuner vehicles!
